Bio

Marcus A. Scott is a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and community leader with over 20 years of experience creating opportunity and stability. He is the owner of a successful real estate company and operates one of the region’s largest hair care facilities, established in 1952. Ordained in 1999, Marcus continues to serve in leadership at New Birth Fellowship Church while remaining deeply committed to empowering individuals, families, and underserved communities.

Rachelle K. Scott is a seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience in Corporate America, where she developed systems, processes, and people to deliver best-in-class results. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Benedictine University and Bachelor of Science degrees from Spelman College and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Rachelle is a former College of Business professor and a servant-leader deeply engaged in community impact.
